Home bound ministry allows parishioners who are in nursing homes, hospitals and confined to their homes to receive the Eucharist and stay connected to their St. Colman family.  Father visits our homebound each week.  Please contact the Parish Office if you or someone you know would like to be added to the homebound visit schedule.
